We had a fun Halloween this year. Mostly because Jacob is old enough now to make it exciting. He said he wanted to be "the Monkey" (aka Curioud George) this year. What better costume for Michael than the Man with the Yellow Hat? Now...what to do about mommy and Rachel. In the t.v. show there is a Jumpy Squirrel so we made a tail and ears. Mommy could be Maggie, the love interest of the Man with the Yellow Hat. Katherine used the term "snowballed". That aptly describes our halloween costumes this year. I barely got them all done in time!

On Halloween, Jacob was dressed up and ready to go. Here he is showing off his tail to Rachel.

Ready for Trick or Treating. Jacob would only say the words if Michael helped him, but getting candy was top on his list. In fact, the next day he told me "I like candy a lot." I said "you do?" "Yes, I DO like candy a lot!"
Happy Halloween indeed.
